Frederica Tibbs passion for singing started at an early age of 6yrs old in primary school where she would often start singing any song she could remember.
Aged 17 Frederica was introduced to Llyod Heron founder member and writer for Family Love, a UK based reggae band who's classic lovers rock hits "Decision" and "Anniversary" topped the charts for weeks as well as being a must for any DJ playlist, she continued to sing with the band for the next 5yrs.
In her early 20's Frederica got to meet one of her idols Delroy Wilson which was arranged by Donald Deans which resulting in her accompanying Delroy as one of his angels alongside singer Donna Micheal.
Frederica regularly visited various recording studios across the country, it was at Chris studio's in Brixton South London after being endorsed by Chris himself, that she met the cool ruler Mr Gregory Issac's who was so impressed by her unique tone of voice Frederica was invited on the tour visiting over 15 European countries which is still to date one of the most memorable highlights of her career.
Working with a very impressive line up of International & UK artists such as Dennis Brown, Alton Ellis, Judge Dread, Audrey Scott, Nerious Joseph, Paulette Tajah & Donna Marie to name just a few, alongside top producers such as Patrick Donagan, Derek Fevrier, Gary Digitec, Guv Shye, Star Vibes, Stevie P and more. With a pending collab with the multi award winning Paul Henton aka Computer Paul and currently writing more brand new material for 2019.
Frederica is currently juggling her music career whilst still working
full-time as a dementia nurse, known as a hard working passionate caring mother with 4 beautiful children and 5 grand children Frederica appreciates Life, Love & Support from her ever growing army of fans and being a strong believer in god.
